It All Counts!

It All Counts!


When going on an adventure with our bikes, we tried a path unknown to us - it involved very steep climbing and 3 stiles!! Frustrating but...
  1. it all counts - exercise is always exercise
  2. it uses arms as well as legs - OK so I wanted to cycle, but hey, arms work is good too!
  3. it is still fresh air
  4. it is still not sitting at home doing nothing!
If you are lacking in motivation to do your usual routine - change it!

Try a new path
Try a new sport
Go with or without someone

It's amazing how shaking it up a bit, changes the "stuck" mentality and you start smiling about it all again.
