It All Counts!
When going on an adventure with our bikes, we tried a path unknown to us - it involved very steep climbing and 3 stiles!! Frustrating but...
- it all counts - exercise is always exercise
- it uses arms as well as legs - OK so I wanted to cycle, but hey, arms work is good too!
- it is still fresh air
- it is still not sitting at home doing nothing!
If you are lacking in motivation to do your usual routine - change it!

Try a new sport
Go with or without someone
It's amazing how shaking it up a bit, changes the "stuck" mentality and you start smiling about it all again.
